    2002 Pokemon Legendary Collection Master Set W PSA Box Toppers Booster Packs.
    Set comes with every card in the legendary set: all regular, Holo, and reverse holo cards are present. Most cards in this set I would say are LP or better. There are a few MP or worse. Due to the subjective nature for grading raw cards, I would invite you to review and judge condition for yourself. All cards are pictured in the below Dropbox:

    Set comes with all four box toppers, Charizard and Dark Raichu are graded by PSA.
    Set also comes with all four booster packs. The packs are in great condition but they have been open. They do have great eye appeal as the art on the packs is very cool.
