This means you will receive 4 copies of every common and uncommon card in Zendikar, Worldwake, and Rise of the Eldrazi, for a total of 1,684 cards.
This playset does NOT include basic lands. Cards are from general circulation and some may show signs of playwear. However, the vast majority are in EX/NM condition overall. See pictures to gauge condition before purchasing.
Zendikar (101 commons + 60 uncommons) x 4 = 644
Worldwake (60 commons + 40  uncommons) x 4 = 400
Rise of the Eldrazi (100 commons + 60 uncommons) x 4 = 640
