The seller I purchased this from informed me that the top was originally marked to be worn with a pair of pants, but the wardrobe dept. changed it to a gold mini skirt at the last second — the skirt is included. The outfit is in great condition and has not been worn by anyone else besides Emma Roberts. All 3 parts of the outfit are included in this purchase: a top/bodysuit, skirt, and earrings.
