    Description

    Offered here is a working Soundesign model 4126 eight track player in good used condition. It has been serviced.....belt pathways cleaned, controls cleaned and serviced as needed, chassis lubrication, head cleaned and demagnetized, etc. The belt is in good shape with plenty of life left in it and the head is in good condition. It operates well. It switches tracks smoothly and has good fidelity.
    This unit is an amplified player, not a deck. To be used, you connect speakers to the RCA speaker terminals on the rear panel. To make it easy to connect any speaker, I am including a pair of RCA to raw speaker wire adapters. See the pics.
    This unit also has a phono input. It is a line level input for a ceramic cartridge and will not work for a magnetic cart unless a turntable preamp is used.
    Cosmetic condition is used. It does not look new and shows typical wear from use and age. There are scuffs and nicks to the front panel, but no significant damage. The wood case looks nice and shows minimal wear.
