Description
Here we have a beautiful vintage fine quality hand crafted porcelain FLAT CUP and SAUCER set by WINFIELD WARE of Santa Monica, California in the "Dragon Flower" pattern showing a stylized dragon flower in hues of pink, gray and brown on a cream-tan background.  It measures approx. (cup) 3-7/8" in top diameter (add 1" for the handle) x 2" side high, can hold up to 8 ounces to the brim ~ (saucer) 5-3/4" in diameter x 1" side high. Both pieces are in very good maintained (lightly/barely used) condition with no chips, cracks or crazing...appearing to have had very minimal use if any at all.  The bottom saucer is faintly marked, "HAND CRAFTED ~ Winfield ~ CHINA ~ CALIFORNIA."  Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, pattern discontinued, began in 1949.  These items weigh approx. 1 lb., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material.  I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
